The Goal: Complete a brand refresh, establish brand guidelines, upgrade website UX, and develop email communications.
The How: As the Project Manager and Copy Editor, I met with the client to define the project scope and establish the customer journey and operations workflows. Using the collaborative tools ClickUp, Miro, Google Docs, and Slack, I led a team of designers, web developers, and copywriters to successfully complete the project.
The Result: The website has an intuitive UX, email communications are in place to engage existing users and welcome new users to the website, and clear brand guidelines facilitated the development of the marketing strategy.
